The Spa at Woodloch and Lotus salon offer the solitude of 27 Treatment Rooms for customized face and body treatments, including private gentlemen and ladies’ showers and separate saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools. Sit by the fire in the privacy of unisex lounging or in the co-ed Whisper Lounge. The signature Aqua Garden, includes:  Co-ed soaking pools with heated hydromassage water-walls.  An indoor pool especially designed for aqua classes and water volleyball is a unique feature with an outdoor horizon edge whirlpool for year-round use.  Three MindBody Studios for aerobics, yoga, meditation, and the CardioWeight Studio offers resistance tools, free weights and everything necessary for a high intensity cardio workout.

The Farm-To-Table Garden will provide a selection of the vegetables and herbs used at TREE Restaurant. A Master Gardner, Alison Peck, offers year-long demonstrations and gardening opportunities for all abilities and ages.

The green effort initiative includes nature conservancy ensuring the safe keeping of the natural lands surrounding the resort and wildlife that call these lands home.  Composting, recycling, water conservation, cautious and organic detergent use are all a part of business as usual for Woodloch, which donates to areas including Dorflinger-Suydam Wildlife Sanctuary and Prompton State Park.
